Kristin Möller’s anti-boredom workout
Kristin Möller is a professional German triathlete and 4 times Ironman champion.
This swim set is dedicated to those athletes who don’t like monotonous workouts. Especially if you don’t come from a swimming background, it can be difficult to keep your focus throughout a long set. In this swim session, you will use various training tools, which will help you improve your position in the water. In addition to your position in the water, you will also focus on making your stroke and your leg kick more effective. In order to make sure that we don’t miss out on speed training, my suggested swim session is always peppered with sprints and short intensive intervals.
